Graduated in Architecture, with more than fifteen years of experience as an architect behind him, Filippo brings a double sensitivity to every negotiation: technical and human. From a young age, he breathed the art of real estate brokerage into the family agency opened more than 45 years ago. He has collaborated with an international luxury real estate brand, an experience that has allowed him to refine his approach and to fit into a global context. For him, every building is a story made of spaces, details and potential to reveal. His interdisciplinary experience helps him to give value to homes and to present them at their best, with a vision that combines competence and passion. The knowledge of four languages allows him to communicate with ease with an international clientele, creating solid and direct relationships.

Architect

Portuguese by origin, Italian by adoption: Rita has lived and worked here for almost twenty years, bringing with her the refined eye of the Porto School of Architecture. Architecture is his natural language, but over the years he has intertwined it with the real estate world, to the point of specializing in interior design and home staging. He loves to bring out the hidden beauty of homes, preparing them as best as possible to meet the new owners. With her, the journey does not stop at the sale: she follows the customers even after the purchase, in order to make every step smooth and peaceful. Organized and precise, it solves every challenge that a construction site or after-sales department may present, collaborating with the professional figures necessary to achieve the objective. She speaks four languages, a quality that allows her to naturally welcome customers from all over the world and to follow them carefully at every stage of post-sales.
